Amidst all the rubbish going on in the world right now, we need good media more than ever to make change. If you’re a committed thinker who is itching to make a difference, It Equals would love to have you.
It Equals is looking for contributors who are keen to write thought-provoking pieces on gender equality, that considers what’s going on in the news, pop culture, sex, and art.
We are also open to pitches for columns. If you would like to run a monthly column, pitch your idea and three article ideas to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We are especially interested in views and voices that are underrepresented in most media. That includes disabled women, working class women, sex workers, ethnic minorities, sexual minorities, gender minorities, and more. Anyone who tends not to get much air time in the mainstream media.
It Equals is a discussion space for curious minds that want more from popular culture. As this is a labour of love, we’re unable to pay our contributors at this point: but you will be featured on our site and have the opportunity to shape our community from an early stage. You’ll have the chance to share your thoughts and ideas, and contribute to progressive discussions that will help fight social inequality.
Send a brief introduction and a few article ideas to email@example.com — no idea is too crazy!
